1. The service
ReelVerse is a player application that provides a unified interface for browsing and watching short-form drama titles published by third-party sources. ReelVerse does not host, produce or own that content.
2. Your subscription
Subscriptions are sold by Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record for the transaction. A completed purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the application for the period you paid for, on the number of devices stated in your plan.
3. Licence keys
Your licence key is personal. Do not publish it, share it or resell it. Keys that are shared publicly or used beyond the device limit may be revoked.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to bypass the licence system, scrape or redistribute the catalogue, interfere with the service, or use the application for any unlawful purpose.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time through the link in your Gumroad receipt; your licence remains valid until the end of the period already paid for. If the service fails to work for you and we cannot fix it, contact support within 30 days of purchase and we will arrange a refund through Gumroad. This matches the refund policy shown on our product page.
6. Availability
The catalogue is assembled from third-party sources and can change without notice: titles may be added, removed or become temporarily unavailable. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee any specific title or uninterrupted access.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
